"living is what we do while waiting to die"
the quote above which is a pinned tweet from Twitter user @imogiemubarak have continuously reinforced my belief about how life is transient & we should live with purpose.
When someone we love dies, it’s natural for us to feel intense grief and sorrow.
We may feel hopeless, or that life is meaningless without them in it.
We might also experience physical symptoms such as sleeplessness, loss of appetite, and feelings of despair.
I’ve been thinking about my childhood friend chiemeka, who passed away recently.
I remember how much he cared for his family and friends, how he always put others before himself and how he always had a smile on his face no matter what was going on in life.
it's been an emotional experience for me to come to terms with the fact that he has left us at a very young age.
I still remember how we used to play together during our school days and even after that.
He was so young, so full of life and now he is gone.
it's been an extremely difficult thing to go through.
his passing is an important reminder that he is at peace & we should not be afraid of death, but instead we should embrace it and live life to the fullest.
A solemn Reminder that Life is transient and we should live with purpose.
We should also not let our lives be dictated by society’s expectations and instead live a life that is free of the constraints of society.
We should make our own choices, have our own goals, and pursue our own passions in order to live a fulfilling life.
in memory of chiemeka , chidiebere, charity, Eunice & imogie Mubarak ( the tekunin )
continue to Rest in peace.
Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”
